Alethea and Grant are fantastic trainers and people. Their classes are fun but challenging. They have a particular emphasis on pushing movement that you would do in everyday life to help build strength in places where it is actually useful. They are also specialists in injury recuperation and I cannot recommend them highly enough. why can we only give 5 stars?!

I have taken part in group classes with both Ally and Grant and they are extremely professional, knowledgeable about their subject and interesting to work out with. The classes are always challenging (in a good way) and effective. I have attended many gyms and classes over the years and haven't seen any other instructor that knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

Ally and Grant are great. They've always got new ideas to help you achieve your goals, you never get bored (and I get bored of repetitive exercise very easily), they stay really up to date with the latest research. They aren't cheap PTs, but you're getting 20 years of experience and top notch expertise, so they are very good value. Ally pre-hab'd and re-hab'd me for knee operations and I had a fantastic recovery. If you ever manage to get a slot with either of them, grab it.
