A one-hour strength workout that blends traditional barbell training with innovative, multi-directional moves. You’ll lift in straight lines for raw muscle, move with load through multiple planes for everyday power, and balance it with bodyweight control drills. The result? Stronger muscles, smarter movement, and confidence that carries into daily life.

Group Core

In just 30 minutes, Group Core builds total-body strength from the inside out. Expect loaded moves for a rock-solid midsection, unloaded patterns to sharpen balance and agility, and rotational challenges that mimic real-life demands. It’s strength you’ll feel in everything from posture to performance.

TRX-Strength

Suspension training that works with your body, not against it. Every sequence challenges multiple muscle groups at once, helping you build strength, stability, and resilience. Easily adjustable, it’s ideal for beginners through to advanced participants.
