Our beginner-friendly sessions are designed to give you space, clarity, and confidence. These classes are usually taught at a slower pace, with simple, easy-to-follow patterns, and they’re not driven by music. Perfect if you’re returning after time away, starting fresh, or just want to take things steady. But beginner doesn’t mean ‘easy’ - even advanced participants can enjoy the challenge of TRX, Pilates, or Yin when they bring their own energy and focus. Every class is what you make it.

Move For Life

Strength for the things that matter most. With ViPR, bodyweight, and everyday movement patterns, Move For Life is designed to help you move better, stay strong, and live well at any age. From gardening to sport to chasing grandchildren — this class builds the resilience to do it all.

Stretch and Mobility

A mobility-focused class that combines flowing stretches with longer holds. Improve flexibility, release stiffness, and find freedom in your movement while calming your nervous system.

Yin and Tonic

A restorative session of deep stretches, gentle poses, and breathwork designed to release tension. Rounded off with space to connect socially, it’s the ultimate end-of-week reset for both body and mind.



Pilates

Slow, controlled, and deliberate. Pilates strengthens your core and postural muscles, improves alignment, and enhances body awareness. A low-impact way to build lasting resilience and support healthy movement.
