Recovery after a hysterectomy can feel overwhelming - and in 2019, Ally discovered this first-hand. After her own surgery, she found there was very little clear guidance on how to return to fitness, and much of the advice was conflicting.
Months of research followed, which led to the creation of the Hysterectomy Recovery Toolkit and Course, designed to give women safe, supportive, and evidence-informed guidance back into movement.
The course is continually updated as new research emerges. Ally regularly reviews the latest evidence and adapts the programme so women always receive advice they can trust.
The result is a clear, reassuring path to rebuild confidence, strength, and mobility at your own pace — without the guesswork.
Life doesn’t always fit neatly around studio schedules. Our On-Demand Library keeps you moving wherever you are - at home, travelling, or on a busy day.
