Our classes aren’t about beast-yourself HIIT sessions or chasing exhaustion. At Amovida, every class is built on intelligent movement designed to make you stronger where it matters most - in real life.

From Group Active’s energising cardio, to the weightlifting focus of Group Power, to the flow and balance of Group Centergy yoga-inspired sequences, every programme follows the same principle: training movement, not just muscles.

Using the 4Q system of Loaded/Unloaded, Linear/Movement patterns, our classes combine strength, mobility, and endurance across multiple planes of motion. The mix changes depending on the class goal, but the outcome is the same: confidence, resilience, and strength that carries you through everyday life.

Most personal training is about numbers - sets, reps, calories and stats. At Amovida, it’s about something deeper: building confidence, capability, and strength that carries into everyday life.

Our coaching is evidence-led and adaptable in the moment. We don’t follow fads or gimmicks. Instead, we draw on the latest research to shape safe, effective programmes and practical advice. No cookie-cutter workouts, and no two people trained the same way, because this really is personal training.

No two sessions are ever identical either, we flex the plan to match how you arrive that day, physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’ll always leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in.

Each of our trainers brings their own specialisms - from post-surgery rehabilitation and joint health, to inclusive coaching, functional strength, and women’s health. We’ll match you with the coach who best fits your goals, so your training feels personal in every sense.

Personal Training That Moves With You

Recovery after a hysterectomy can feel overwhelming - and in 2019, Ally discovered this first-hand. After her own surgery, she found there was very little clear guidance on how to return to fitness, and much of the advice was conflicting.

Months of research followed, which led to the creation of the Hysterectomy Recovery Toolkit and Course, designed to give women safe, supportive, and evidence-informed guidance back into movement.

The course is continually updated as new research emerges. Ally regularly reviews the latest evidence and adapts the programme so women always receive advice they can trust.

The result is a clear, reassuring path to rebuild confidence, strength, and mobility at your own pace — without the guesswork.

Life doesn’t always fit neatly around studio schedules. Our On-Demand Library keeps you moving wherever you are - at home, travelling, or on a busy day.

Choose from full 60-minute workouts or quick 10–20 minute movement breaks, spanning strength, yoga, HIIT, and flexibility. It’s your personal library of Amovida energy, available on your terms.
