Discover the energy of our unique group classes with 5 sessions to try across our timetable.

Feel supported, build confidence, and find the classes that leave you moving well and smiling.

This pack gives you the perfect balance of expert one-to-one coaching with the variety and consistency of our group sessions.

Your PT session sets your foundation. Classes then build on it, adding the extra movement that helps progress faster. Together, they’re a great way to experience both sides of Amovida and see how they complement each other.

Three 60-minute sessions designed for those who want a complete, in-depth training experience and have the energy or experience to get the most from a full hour. Ideal if you’re ready to dive into longer, progressive sessions with your trainer.

Six 30-minute sessions, perfect if you’re new to exercise, recovering from injury, or prefer shorter sessions. Often chosen by older adults or those who feel 60 minutes is too much. You’ll do a minimum of 2 sessions per week, giving you at least 60 minutes of guided training across the week, with the benefit of more frequent support and progression.

Note: Each pack is a one-time introductory offer, available for new clients only with a fixed period of time to use within.
