Our team is small but mighty. Each of us is here for one reason: to help real people feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies.
Every coach brings decades of knowledge and a genuine care for people, but it’s how we make you feel that matters most.
— it’s something we live by.
Ally has spent more than 25 years helping people move with confidence. Clients describe her as calm, thoughtful, and quietly encouraging, the kind of coach who helps you discover strength you didn’t know you had.
Beyond the studio, Ally is recognised as a leading voice in movement health. She has presented at major industry education events, written for FitPro magazine and ViPR, and appeared on the ViPR YouTube channel. She also created a hysterectomy recovery course at hysterectomyrecovery.co.uk, helping women navigate post-surgery movement with confidence.
As a national presenter and international educator, Ally has trained hundreds of coaches across the UK and beyond, but her true passion is working directly with clients. Her philosophy is simple: movement should improve your life outside the studio. Every session with Ally feels personal, purposeful, and designed to help you feel capable in your own body.

Outside the studio, Grant’s passion for sport runs deep. He played hockey for South Africa U18s, now competes in the Men’s Vets for Old Cranleighans, where his trademark goal-scoring flicks helped the team win their league title. He’s also an accomplished amateur cyclist, having completed the iconic Milan–San Remo, and is a lifelong rugby fan. Go Bok’s!
