Amovida Membership
Terms & Conditions

At Amovida, we keep rules to a minimum, but a few clear guidelines mean we can run smoothly and give you the best possible service. By signing up, you agree to the following terms:

1. Class & PT Cancellations
 *Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a class or PT session.
 *Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged, as we can’t refill the space.
 *If cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, your credit will be returned to your account.

2. Membership Credits & Expiry
 *Membership credits roll over for up to 1 month if missed.
 *Drop-in passes must be used within 30 days.
 *10-packs must be used within 90 days.
 *Unused credits after these timeframes can’t be refunded or extended.

3. Freezes & Absences
 *3-month memberships: up to 1 week freeze.
 *12-month memberships: up to 1 month freeze (in one block or split).
 *For medical freezes beyond this, a GP note is required. Memberships are paused, not refunded.

4. Studio Closures
 *Membership fees allow for 4 weeks of annual instructor holidays and occasional studio maintenance.
 *We’ll always aim to provide cover when possible.
 *Members also have access to our On-Demand video library during these times.
5. Refunds
 *Memberships, classes and packs are non-refundable.
 *Transfers may be allowed in cases of relocation or medical need — please contact us.

6. Upgrades & Downgrades
 *You can upgrade anytime.
 *Downgrades are only for genuine changes in circumstance, not to “catch up” on sessions before upgrading again.

7. Renewals & Payments
 *Memberships renew automatically at the end of each 3- or 12-month term unless you give 30 days’ notice before your term ends.
 *Payments retry up to 3 times if they fail. After this, access will be paused until settled.

8. Guest Passes
 *Class members receive 1 guest pass per month, visible in your app.
 *Guest passes are for new people only and for classes, not PT.

9. Late Arrivals
 *For safety, no admission once the warm-up has finished.

10. Health & Responsibility
 *You are responsible for ensuring you’re fit to participate and for informing us of relevant medical conditions.
 *Our team can help adapt sessions, but participation is always at your own risk.

11. Age Policy
 *Membership is for those 16 years and older. Specialist provision is required for under-16s.

12. Code of Conduct
 *Please treat staff, fellow members, and the studio space with respect.
 *We’re a no-judgement environment, kindness and inclusivity are non-negotiable.

13. Data Privacy
 *Your personal details are securely stored on the Momence platform and used only for managing your membership and participation.
