Absolutely. Many of our members start with little or no recent exercise experience. Our classes and personal training are designed to meet you where you are, with options for all abilities. You’ll always be guided by an expert coach who adapts movements to your needs.

Our classes are kept intentionally small, with just 4–8 people, so you have the space, support, and personal attention you need. This way, every movement can be adapted to suit your body.

No, you don’t have to be a member. You’re welcome to pay for individual drop-in sessions for both classes and PT if you prefer to come on an ad-hoc basis. If you attend regularly, our memberships offer better value and added flexibility.
Memberships give you a set number of credits each month to use for either classes or personal training, depending on the type of membership you choose. They also offer a reduced per-session price compared to drop-ins, making them the best value if you attend regularly. PT memberships guarantee your session slot each week. All memberships have a firm expiry date.
Subscriptions can be paused, with 30 days’ notice. A 3-month plan includes a one-week freeze, and a 12-month plan includes a one-month freeze. Please see our Membership Terms and Conditions for details.

Yes, we have free on-site parking for up to four clients. Additional parking is available on St Martins Lane and in St Martins car park across the road.
Yes. Our space is step-free and designed to welcome clients with different mobility needs. We have gender neutral toilets and modifiable sound and lighting.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class or session. Late cancellations will be charged in full, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
