Our advanced sessions move at a quicker pace, often set to the beat of the music, and ask more of your coordination. They’re energising, dynamic, and designed to push you further. But advanced doesn’t mean you can’t start here - if you’re happy to go with the flow, you can make Group Active or Group Power your very first class. Equally, an advanced participant may love the focus of Yin or TRX just as much. These labels are guides, not rules, you’ll always be supported to work at your own level.

Group Active

An all-in-one workout that blends cardio, strength, balance, and mobility. You’ll use step, dumbbells, and bodyweight to challenge your fitness in every way. Set to motivating music and guided by expert coaching, it’s energising, joint-friendly, and never boring.

Group Power

A one-hour strength workout that blends traditional barbell training with innovative, multi-directional moves. You’ll lift in straight lines for raw muscle, move with load through multiple planes for everyday power, and balance it with bodyweight control drills. The result? Stronger muscles, smarter movement, and confidence that carries into daily life.

Group Core

In just 30 minutes, Group Core builds total-body strength from the inside out. Expect loaded moves for a rock-solid midsection, unloaded patterns to sharpen balance and agility, and rotational challenges that mimic real-life demands. It’s strength you’ll feel in everything from posture to performance.

Group Centergy

Yoga and Pilates-inspired movement reimagined. Centergy blends flowing sequences, strength work, balance training, and mindful breath to leave you stronger, longer, and calmer. Set to emotive music, it’s the perfect way to energise both body and mind.
