Grant Taylor
Personal Trainer, Class Instructor & Amovida Director
Grant’s passion for movement began in South Africa, where sport and an active lifestyle were second nature. Competing in hockey at a national junior level led him to strength training and group fitness, sparking a lifelong interest in coaching. After moving to the UK in 2002, he worked at Holmes Place, where he developed a strong focus on injury rehabilitation. With a background in aircraft engineering, he applies a technical approach to biomechanics, specialising in knee, ankle, and hip recovery. A lifelong learner, Grant constantly refines his training methods to help clients regain mobility and confidence. When not coaching, he enjoys cycling, South African wine, and keeping the studio in perfect shape - often with a paintbrush in hand!
